f.  Volumetric Static Flow Test at 3 Bar (typical calibration setting)

Cleaning Procedure

a.  Visual inspection for Issues

b.  Remove old filter baskets and O-Rings

c.  Connect to Pulse Harness and Insert into Ultrasonic Cleaner

d.  Run Automatic cleaning cycle

e.  Install new Filter Baskets and O-Rings

b.  Additional flow verification post cleaning to validate consistency 

c.  Additional Static Flow Testing at 4 bar (typical fuel system pressure for   high performance automobiles)

d.  Provide After Cleaning Performance Report  

Minimum Charge of 50.00 for any service. (ex only 3 injectors)

WE DO NOT CLEAN OR SERVICE DIESEL INJECTORS.  

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES INCURRED BY THE SHIPPING CARRIERS.  IF NECESSARY DUE TO DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN INJECTORS ENSURE YOU PURCHASE THE APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF SHIPPING INSURANCE.

We don't typically utilize overnight shipping.  If you require overnight capability,  you can provide a FEDEX or UPS Return Shipping Label to accommodate this.  OR we can overnight on request for an additional charge
